Your role – strategic, international, with scope for creativity

In this position you will be responsible for expanding and developing our business in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.

They work closely with OEM customers, system suppliers and internal specialists – from the initial idea to long-term delivery programs.


Specifically, this means:

  • Building new customer relationships and strategically developing existing key accounts
  • Managing complex customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle
  • Leading and coordinating a cross-functional account team
  • (Engineering, Quality, Production Planning)
  • Positioning CrossControl as a long-term technology partner – not just as a supplier
  • Active participation in shaping market strategy, customer portfolio and growth in the region.



Ideally, you should bring the following:

  • Completed studies (economics, engineering or similar) or comparable qualification
  • Extensive experience in consultative B2B sales, ideally in the industrial, OEM or high-tech sector.
  • Basic technical understanding of electronic systems, software and vehicle/machine applications
  • Demonstrable success in acquiring and developing demanding client projects
  • Experience in coordinating interdisciplinary teams
  • Excellent German and professional English skills
  • Willingness to travel within the region (up to 50%)
